Council’s Customer Service Centre resumes regular operating hours

Bellingen Shire Council’s Customer Service Centre will resume regular operating hours from Monday 29 November 2021. The Customer Service Centre will be open from 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, to provide customers with face-to-face access to council related transactions and services.

Council’s social distancing protocols will remain in place within the Customer Service Centre and customers are kindly requested to utilise cashless payment methods where possible and observe onsite signage including dedicated separate entry and exit points.

Further, to protect our community and staff, customer point of service sneeze guards at service counters and the provision of hand sanitiser for the use of customers prior to entering the Customer Service Centre will also remain in place.

Finally, please remember that it is important if you feel unwell, or are displaying flu like symptoms, that you urgently seek medical attention to protect yourself and others. Customers can continue to take advantage of the broad range of online and over the phone customer service transactions that remain available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, inclusive of Council’s building and planning inquiry services.
