Filming and broadcasting of meetings (webcasting)
From Wednesday 28 May 2020, all Council Meetings will be filmed and broadcast (in line with NSW legislation) using our new webcasting service, Civic Clerk. This increases the transparency of Council decision making and allows access for members of our community who are unable to attend in person.
Viewers can go straight to an agenda item without having to watch the entire meeting webcast.
- That the recording of Council’s Meetings are not to be edited and/or shared in any way, including on social media, without prior written consent of Council.
- If you attend one of these meetings in the public gallery, you may appear in the broadcast recording.

Agendas will generally be available in the table below from Friday the week before the meeting.
Minutes are published as soon as practical after the meeting, along with the webcast recording. These will be available in the table below. Meeting minutes are unconfirmed until they are formally adopted at the next meeting of Council.
