Water in the Bellingen Shire is a precious resource, for our community and our environment. With town water sourced from the Bellinger and Bielsdown Rivers, Council recommends adopting water saving behaviour throughout the year.
To learn more about water saving behaviours in our shire, Council is inviting local residents to complete a water use survey, get some water saving tips, and go into the draw to win a Waterwise garden pack. The pack is valued at $150 and contains products to help protect your soil, reduce evaporation, prevent leaks and save water. The survey will run until Friday 4th February 2021. Terms and Conditions
By completing this survey below you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Entry is open to residents of the Bellingen Local Government Area, excluding Bellingen Council staff and members of their household.
- If you are drawn as the winner, you must be able to show proof of address in the Bellingen Shire before collecting the prize.
- The survey will close on Friday 4 February AT 4:30pm.
- A winner will be randomly selected and notified on Monday 7 December using details provided in the survey entry.
- The winner will receive a Waterwise Garden Pack to the value of $150.
- Bellingen Shire Council will protect information provided in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2000.Information contained in your survey form may be stored and used by Bellingen Shire Council for the purpose of water education activities. This information may be disclosed to relevant agencies or other stakeholders if required by law within the Information Privacy Act 2000.
- Entries without valid contact information will not be accepted.
